Cover Reveal: Not This Tender, by Sarah Uheida

Dryad is excited to reveal the cover of our next publication, Not This Tender, Sarah Uheida’s debut poetry collection! The cover image is inspired by the Nymphaeum from the ruins in Sabratha, Libya, and is deeply reflective of a collection of poems that navigates the landscape of the war-torn North Africa Uheida was forced to flee as a child, and the place she currently finds herself. It is a mythical, yet deeply personal examination of longing and belonging, estrangement, loss and the influence of family and language, presented through immersive portraits and the lens of a vividly fractured landscape.
