What is your current profession? How do you juggle your work and your writing?
I was a teacher, but now I write. I find early mornings best, and write for up to three hours.

What is the most compelling lesson you have learned thus far from the Covid-19 pandemic?
A reminder that lack of distraction, quiet and solitude are blissful . They can be self-generated after Covid.

What writing project are you currently working on and where can we go to see some new work?
I’m currently completing my second novel. After that I hope to post new poems on my website.

  • Switch everything off and go for a walk, hang up the washing, give your brain time to wander
